Added a new day/night cycle that synchronizes to time-of-day.
Additions
- Implemented new debugging output and error handling for better maintainability.
- Revamped environmental system including a basic day/night cycle utilizing time-of-day.
Changes
- Cells now glow at night! Bioluminescence appearance traits inherit like genetics.
- Reduced asynchronous thread activity to balance desktop & web performance.

- Identified a bug where environmental settings would not save and load properly.

Known bug: Cells don't appear infected with a virus becuase of new updates for bioluminescence. A fix is completed, will be patched in next micro-update!
